Start small. Choose a small area each day to focus on. Whether it’s a desk top, a packed drawer, a closet, or a pile of stuff on a table, set a small organizational goal for yourself each day. It will be manageable and attainable, and you’ll start to see real results! Collect your garbage. Go around your house and try to fill up a garbage bag. Maybe you have old magazines, mail, and papers, expired makeup, expired food in your fridge, or broken electronics. Fill the bag and toss it out of your life! Collect donations. Take a garbage bag around your house to fill with donations! Clothing, dolls, toys, etc. Take a walk around your house and fill up a bag…if you need a second bag, that’s good too! By setting clear, concise, and defined goals, your small steps will add up to big progress! |
